Muskingum County Sheriff, Matt Lutz, said on November 3, the Muskingum County/Zanesville City Joint Drug Task Force, the Perry County Sheriff's Office, and all members of the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force arrested 37-year-old Jeremy E.
