    Four teenagers face felony charges after golf courses in Hadley and Greenfield were damaged over the past two months, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office. Purvis , 16, 8 Adirondack Road, Hadley; and Sammi Allen , 17, and Jonathan Burdick , 16, both of 16 Pine Road, Lake Luzerne, Warren County.

    State Police said when they spotted a man walking his dogs near Route 9N south of the village Friday afternoon, the man handed the leashes to his companion, then jumped off a small bridge into a creek bed and ran off. It turns out the man, determined to be Shawn P. Smith , 41, was wanted for several warrants from different police agencies, troopers said.
