    Problems on roads Just after 11 a.m., the National Weather Service said heavy rain will cause streams to flood and ponding of water along Highway 101, parts of Highway 126W and Highway 20. The small stream flood advisory issued at 11:12 a.m. is in effect until 2:15 p.m. In Coos Bay, high water on Bayshore Drive prompted a detour ahead of the high tide. The detours were expected to last until around 2 or 3 p.m. Friday.
