    Authorities in Charles Mix County say the recent snow storm has made it difficult for them to find a man who has been missing since Tuesday night. According to the Charles Mix County Sheriff's Office, a deputy was helping 40-year-old Iran Rodriguez Santana of Miami, Florida, get a motel room in Pickstown around 8:15 p.m. He was apparently traveling from Waterford, North Dakota, to Columbus, Nebraska, but the deputy and Santana were having trouble communicating because the Sheriff's Office said Santana spoke little English.
