    Over the past two years Union County High School student Devin McNeil set the school record for the 400-yard dash then broke it a year later and earlier this month was the only UCHS athlete to represent his school and community at a state track meet. The son of James and Sheila McNeil, Devin, a junior has been a member of the UCHS track team for the past two years and, according to Coach Brian Kemp, does what he says, including breaking his own record for the 400-yard dash.
