    The Boulder County Coroner's Office said today that Randal Scott Evans, a Boulder runner found dead near a trailhead just north of the city in February, died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and has ruled the manner of death a suicide. The body of Evans, 52, was found at 7:15 a.m. Feb. 18 by another runner near Cobalt Trail, just east of Broadway, north of the city limits.
