    The surging Colorado Springs job market is expected to cool a bit in the first quarter but remain stronger than a year ago, according to a survey from staffing giant ManpowerGroup. The outlook, calculated by subtracting the percentage of employers planning to reduce staff from the percentage planning on adding staff, is expected to be 15 percent in the January-to-March quarter, down from 18 percent in the fourth quarter, 31 percent in the third quarter and 28 percent in the second quarter.
