Charles Limbrick Jr., 41, who was released from prison in 2011 on orders from former Gov. Bill Ritter, had about 15 months remaining on parole when police arrested him Wednesday, said Adrienne Jacobson, spokeswoman for the Colorado Department of Corrections.

    A 25-year-old man pleaded guilty Tuesday to kidnapping for helping someone kidnap a teen from a Colorado Springs park to get information about some stolen items, said a 4th Judicial District Attorney's Office spokeswoman. Archuleta was one of two people who kidnapped a teenager from Cottonwood Park in June 2014, according to an arrest affidavit.
