    Developers behind Thornwood, a mixed-use development at the northeast corner of Neshoba Road and South Germantown Road, have pulled an $8.6 million building permit for a hotel. Collierville's Pride Construction LLC, a specialist in the construction of nationally flagged hotels, filed a permit to build a four-story, 108-room hotel with an outdoor pool at 1800 South Germantown Road, June 22. The owner of the property is Germantown-Neshoba Hotel Partners, an affiliate of development firm McNeill Commercial Real Estate, which acquired the nearly 16-acre site just north of the popular Saddle Creek shopping center in Germantown for $6.6 million in 2014 .
