    A Texas A&M University student from the Houston area has been arrested after police say he posted threats of violence online. Brazos County jail records show that Christopher Luis Bolanos-Garza, 18, of Humble, was held Wednesday on a charge of making a terroristic threat.

    A traveling carnival in College Station was evacuated later Saturday night as officers tried to contain a mob estimated at nearly 1,000 comprised mostly of juveniles, some of whom were fighting and others of whom were assaulting or harassing officers trying to quell the disturbance. Two officers were injured and five people were arrested including Lee Eason, 17 of College Station, three teenage girls ages 13, 14, and 16, and one teenage boy, 15, police said in a press release Sunday.
