A big four-run tally by Clinton chase 'Caps starter Garrett King out of the game in the fifth inning as the LumberKings pushed their advantage to 5-1 before the Whitecaps Joey Morgan made it a 5-2 game with his 2nd home run of 2018 - a no-doubter down the left field line, in the fifth.

    West Michigan Whitecaps pitcher Eudis Idrogo continued his dominance, and Dylan Rosa slammed a go-ahead home run to beat the Cedar Rapids Kernels 4-1 at Perfect Game Field in the final game of a three-game series Sunday afternoon. Idrogo , tossed six innings of one-run baseball while striking out five, and holds the lowest ERA in the Midwest League at 0.60 after giving up just two earned runs in 30 innings on the mound this season.
