    COLDWATER, MI - Two of the four suspects from Southwest Michigan accused of plotting to kidnap, rape, and kill a random child they planned to find at a county fair have been officially charged with the crime. Jayme LaPointe of Athens and David Bailey of Coldwater are both being held on $5 million bonds after they were arraigned in Branch County District Court on conspiracy to commit kidnapping, first-degree criminal sexual conduct, and murder.
