    Two men accused of killing a 22-year-old in Cocoa during a drug-related robbery were arrested Tuesday, according to the Cocoa Police Department. Xavier Deon Turner, 22, and Kenneth Monte Levatt Jr., 24, are facing charges of first degree felony murder, robbery with a firearm and tampering with evidence in the slaying of Dimitric Bailey, police spokeswoman Yvonne Martinez said.
