    Titusville police have arrested two suspects after the Friday evening killing of a 30-year-old man on Milton Street. William Smith, 30, and Joseph Brown, 48, both of Cocoa, were arrested for murder and conspiracy to commit murder after multiple shots north of Knox McRae Drive left Lorenzo Bell dead just before 9 p.m. on Jan. 5. Police say that Smith was taken to a hospital after the shooting for an unintended gunshot he suffered during the shooting.
