    The Anderson County Sheriff's Office says an AT&T outage in the Clinton area has caused its and the Anderson County EMS non-emergency lines to be non operational. Chief Deputy Mark Lucas says the lines to the jail aren't working either and it appears phones in most of the Clinton area are not working, however, it appears the 911 lines are still operational.
