    The Texas Supreme Court might decide whether to throw out a civil lawsuit involving inequitable spending in the Clint Independent School District. Juan Cruz and Associates, representing Clint, appealed to the state Supreme Court after the Eighth District Court of Appeals in September reinstated the lawsuit, which had been dismissed by a state district court.
