    Two Cambridge residents are facing potential drug-related charges following a traffic stop and brief foot pursuit that ended when a male was tackled by city police officers outside a Wheeling Avenue bank. Officers charged Clifton O. Hamilton, 36, with one count each of obstructing official business, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was taken into custody just after 1:30 a.m. Hamilton is also facing a possible felony drug charge after officers reportedly found a plastic bag containing suspected crack cocaine near the location where he was taken into custody.
