The probe by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, Cliffside Park police and U.S. Postal Inspection Service revealed that William Perez, 31, of 10th Street in Secaucus, and Aldo Perez, 29, of Palisade Avenue in Cliffside Park, were allegedly receiving drugs in the mail, Calo said.

Elias Guarcas, 30, was charged with first-degree robbery and fourth-degree weapons possession after the alleged robbery and ensuing scuffle, which occurred shortly after 6:30 a.m. at a bus stop on Palisade Avenue.
