    Rape, felonious assault, aggravated robbery , kidnapping ; Orange Place: A Cleveland Heights man, 27, has been bound over to a Cuyahoga County grand jury on felony charges that he physically and sexually assaulted, robbed and kidnapped a woman while at the Extended Stay South on Nov. 11. Police responded just before 6 a.m. on a disturbance call reported by other guests to the clerk, who called the room, spoke with a crying woman, and asked her if she should call police, to which the woman replied "now." The clerk said she noticed the suspect leaving a few minutes before police arrived, but did not realize the Cleveland woman, 22, was gone too.
