    A man has died after being struck by a Norfolk Southern train in the city of Clemson, according to police. Chief Jimmy Dixon issued a press release saying officers were called to the area of Elm Street and the train trestle over Lake Hartwell around 11:15 p.m. on July 20. Investigators determined the victim was sitting on one of the train track rails when the train approached.
