    The state's highest court heard oral arguments Wednesday in a dispute over a Clayton woman's will that left her $200,000 waterfront home to her ex-father-in-law, even though evidence has been presented alleging she later prepared a now-lost will that bequeathed the property to her brothers. Robyn R. Lewis died March 21, 2010, at age 43. She and her then-husband, James A. Simmons, had executed “mirror” wills in Texas in 1996 that dictated, in the event of either's death, all of the couple's property was to be left to the surviving spouse.
