Grammatico Enterprises Inc., which does business as Heits Building Services of Central and Northern New Jersey in Clark, and corporate officer Giuseppe Grammatico allegedly misclassified employees as independent franchisees, leading to violations in minimum wage, overtime and provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, the department said.
