    Authorities were searching Tuesday in Monroe County for a fisherman who disappeared Monday on the White River, according to the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. The fisherman, whose identity had not been released, went out on the river in Clarendon about 9 a.m. Monday and had agreed to meet up with another fisherman later that day, the commission's spokesman, Keith Stephens, said.
