    Construction crews have begun the work to remove and replace sections of damaged asphalt in the residential section south of Arrow Highway. The work is in preparation of the residential street slurry project which will take place in late-September, City Manager Tara Schultz said in her newsletter dated Aug. 16. The city's arborist will evaluate the condition of tree roots in the affected areas throughout the course of the project.
