    Alabama State Troopers and local rescue workers from Turnerville Volunteer Fire Department were called around 3:45 a.m. to Celeste Road just north of Henry Davis Road near Citronelle. Investigators said Mitchell Obrian Lofton, 26, was driving north on Celeste Road when his 2009 Chevrolet Aveo crashed head-on with a 2012 Ram pickup.

Citronelle Police Chief, Phillip Mayo said, "We responded with the city police, with their drone unit, with the fire department, and we recovered the human remains that were sent to the department of forensic science in Mobile to determine the cause of death and the matter of death."

The updated definition of high blood pressure is now considered any measurement at or above 130 systolic or 80 diastolic which results in more African-American men and women having Hypertension . Dr. Ritesh Gupta, with Rihner, Gupta & Grosz Cardiology in Mobile, tells FOX10 News Anchor Lenise Ligon that the updated guidelines put the "I think these guidelines are very useful in streamlining management of hypertension...it easier for cutting down on the number of categories...but it's also putting more responsibility back on the patient in terms of taking measurements at home," Dr. Gupta explained.
