    A woman is accused of animal cruelty after two dogs were found dead in her Chugiak home last week and authorities seized a third dog discovered in poor condition at her Anchorage office. Police found the dead dogs during a welfare check on March 6 at the residence of 59-year-old Kathleen A. Murphy on the 21600 block of Oberg Road, APD spokeswoman Renee Oistad said in a statement.
