The Cougars won with 446.0 points - well ahead of second-place Chugiak's 237.0. East finished in third with 161.5. South got a pin from Matt Glover at 126 pounds and Greg Shack's victory at 132 was his fourth straight CIC title.

    A pileup involving about 15 vehicles closed the southbound lanes of the Glenn Highway near Chugiak for several hours on Saturday. No injuries were reported, but Anchorage police spokeswoman Renee Oistad described the scene as a "mess."

    Anchorage police are warning morning commuters of possible delays on the Glenn Highway on Wednesday as officers and medics respond to a collision in the South Birchwood area. Anchorage police dispatchers said the crash was first reported at about 6:30 a.m. The department sent a notice on Twitter advising motorists of the wreck.

Deep petroleum soil staining in many areas, spilled oil containers, sedimentation of wetlands, piles of trash and the lack of secondary spill containment equipment for an above-ground oil tank were among violations listed.
