    Dakota Lee Brown, 19, of Dandridge, was charged Wednesday night by the Tennessee Highway Patrol with possession of a Schedule II drug, possession of a Schedule IV drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brown was pulled over on the Asheville Highway and was in possession of a small amount of methamphetamine, Trooper Lee Cutshall said in a report.
