    Two men and a woman accused of breaking into a Chino Hills home Monday, Oct. 8, tying up the resident and a television installer, and repeatedly attacking the resident during a robbery have been arrested, San Bernardino County Sheriff's officials said Tuesday. Chino Hills station deputies arrested Deon Bryant, 30, of Fontana, Elise Powell, 28, and Davied Rivers, 30, both of Los Angeles, on suspicion of residential robbery, torture and mayhem, according to a news release.

    Sheriff's officials said they found 439 illegally grown marijuana plants and evidence of utility theft during a search Thursday of a Chino Hills home. San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department deputies served a search warrant on the 4000 block of Coast Oak Circle around noon Thursday after suspecting the illegal cultivation of marijuana, a statement from the sheriff's department said.
