Gustavo Roberto Villalobos, 35, was arrested at his home Wednesday on suspicion of commercial burglary and possession of known stolen property, officials said.

Julian Bautista was charged in April with gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, with sentencing enhancements for allegedly inflicting great bodily injury on two additional victims, according to court records.
