Kristina Anh Gjusti, 44, and Terry Tan Mihn Nguyen, 30; both of Garden Grove, and Kelcie Anh Thy Gjusti Tang, 23, of Santa Ana, were arrested on suspicion of operating an identity theft ring, authorities said.
