    Law enforcement agencies throughout Southern California are looking for a bank robber who they have dubbed the "Baggy Eyes Bandit." He is believed to have robbed a Citibank in Norco on Tuesday, Aug. 16, as well as these other Citibank branches: Chino Hills on Aug. 4, Rancho Cucamonga on July 14, Arcadia-downtown on March 4, Placentia on March 4 and Glendora on Feb. 29. The man typically enters the bank branch and passes a note to the tellers demanding cash while threatening a weapon.
