    The crash happened about 2:30 p.m. The driver of a maroon Chevrolet Envoy was eastbound on Highway 32, west of Meridian Road, about 55-60 mph when the SUV's left rear tire blew out, said Geoff Dey, an officer for the California Highway Patrol. The SUV then drifted off the highway and crashed into a drainage ditch near an orchard south of the roadway, he said.
