    WYDOT crews don't expect to be able to reopen I-80 between Cheyenne and Laramie until sometime Saturday. An earlier reopening would require a break in the weather, which looked extremely unlikely Severe weather conditions elsewhere along the route and the buildup of traffic delayed by the Cheyenne to Laramie closure, led to rolling closures that eventually affected all of I-80 in Wyoming, with the exception of a short section between Rawlins and Sinclair.
