    Work to resurface Route 10 in Chester will "narrow existing travel lanes and restripe pavement markings to provide for bicycle and pedestrian accommodations," according to VDOT. "Travel lanes will be narrowed in both directions from 12 feet to 10.5 feet to allow for 5.5-foot lanes for cyclist and pedestrian travel," VDOT spokeswoman Lindsay LeGrand said.

Since family members reported him missing on March 6, police said there was a sighting of Graves on Chester Road on March 12 or March 13. "Graves is described as a white male, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds.
