A controversial warehouse project planned just outside rural Cherry Valley can move forward after a Tuesday, Oct. 17, vote by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors. The 4-1 vote, with Kevin Jeffries opposed, changes the zoning to allow warehouses at the property at Cherry Valley Boulevard and the 10 Freeway.

Once they stopped the rig, not only did they confirm it was the missing trailer, but the tow truck also had been reported stolen, according to a police news release. The trailer had been reported stolen from a home in the 500 block of Agnes Street, near the Beaumont Sports Park, and the tow truck stolen from the city of Redlands.

Justin Perry James, 45, was at a home in the 9000 block of Oak Glen Road about noon Tuesday when deputies in the Valley Regional Gang Team went to the house while "conducting a follow-up investigation," according to a Sheriff's Department news release issued Wednesday.
