    A Quimby, Iowa man has been arrested and charged with Homicide by Vehicle in a car crash near Cherokee, Iowa late last month that killed a Sergeant Bluff man. 21-year-old Casey Herron was arrested on the Class B Felony Monday and booked into the Cherokee County Jail on $25,000 bond.
