Light Department Director Steve Boorman said Cheney crews were in the process of reconfiguring one of the feeder lines at the city's main substation on Cheney-Plaza Road in order to take the load off another feeder line so it could be de-energized for BPA's work.

Head coach Glenn Chamberlain did not have individual stats for either game at press time, but he noted that none of the Expos' runs in the June 21 game were earned and added that Peyton McPherson "pitched a great game." "We played a great game," he said.
