    The man killed after being ejected from his car in an early morning accident on Friday has been identified as Steven Pyne, 52, of Cheektowaga, New York. According to the California Highway Patrol, Pyne was driving his vehicle eastbound on Dersch Road, west of Loftus Road, at an unknown rate of speed Friday morning about 1:30 a.m. CHP said for Pyne steered his 2015 Dodge truck to the right, into the ditch where it overturned several times before ejecting Pyne into the open field near the road.
