    The man charged with killing a pedestrian and injuring three other people in a wild police chase down Route 28 in Harwich and Chatham in July 2013 is now scheduled for a change-of-plea hearing rather than a trial Monday, according to the Barnstable Superior Court clerk's office. Benjamin Shealey, 32, will be sentenced Monday if he accepts a plea deal being worked out between the Cape and Islands District Attorney's Office and his attorney, Jens Bahrawy.
