    State police on Sunday charged Kyle M. McDonald, 29, of 517 Tiernan Ridge Road, Chase Mills, with two counts of petit larceny. Troopers charge that on July 20 in the town, Mr. McDonald accepted $425 from a 78-year-old man as payment to seal the alleged victim's driveway and Mr. McDonald never performed the services for which he was paid.
