Chaudruc grew up in Chappaqua and graduated from Western College for Women in Oxford, Ohio with a bachelor of arts in drawing and painting, at which time she also did an intensive with Louise Nevelson.

    A body found in Chappaqua's Glazier Preserve Thursday night is believed to be that of missing 21-year-old Miles Applebaum of Armonk, according to New Castle Police. New Castle Police said that a member of the New York State Forest Rangers located the body, which was found at around 6 p.m. Applebaum's vehicle was found in the preserve's parking lot on Wednesday, New Castle Police said.
