    A Little Mountain man has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident that left two men dead early Sunday morning. Joseph Elijah Mills, 25, is charged with two counts of murder for fatally shooting two men with a handgun while at a Lake Murray nightspot on the outskirts of Chapin near the Newberry County line, according to arrest warrants.
