    The Chapel Hill restaurant will lose its alcohol permits for the next two weeks as part of an offer in compromise with the North Carolina Alcohol Beverage Control Commission. The restaurant was investigated for serving an underage group of patrons in July that included 20-year-old UNC student Chandler Kania the night that Kania allegedly drove his 2005 Jeep the wrong way for at least six miles before crashing head-on into another vehicle, killing three of the four passengers.
