    A Rhode Island man who has already been arrested 40 times in two states faces a lengthy prison sentence after his 41st arrest.  Brandon Hayes, 30, of Central Falls, was in a car that was pulled over for traffic violations on Sunday on Interstate 95 in Warwick, state police Col. Steven O'Donnell said in a release.  The trooper performing the stop said Hayes, a passenger in the vehicle, had three bags of marijuana on his person.

    Sebastian Zuleta, a 17-year old Eagle Scout out of Troup 3 in the Narragansett chapter of the Boy Scouts, was one of 10 scouts chosen nationwide to present the Boy Scouts of America's Report of the Nation in Washington, D.C., in February during Scout Week - and only the second scout from southeastern New England to share that honor. “It was an honor to be there,” said Zuleta, a resident of Central Falls, Rhode Island.
