    The owner of a North Smithfield construction company must spend 20 weekends in prison and pay more than $611,000 in restitution to the IRS after pleading guilty to tax evasion and conspiracy to defraud the U.S. The Rhode Island U.S. attorney's office said 49-year-old Paul Pytko was sentenced Friday to three years of probation, including 20 weekends of incarceration at the Wyatt Detention Facility in Central Falls. He owns Pytko Construction Corp. Prosecutors say Pytko admitted he had agreed to sell a piece of equipment to pay down some of the money he owed the federal government in employee withholding taxes, penalties and interest.
