    Hiawatha Police Chief Dennis Marks says officers saw a vehicle driving without its headlights on near the intersection of Blairs Ferry Road and Center Point Road at about 1:05 a.m. Marks says the officer initiated a traffic stop and the vehicle pulled over in the 300 block of 1st Avenue in Hiawatha. The driver, 25-year-old Keesha Tu of Cedar Rapids, and a passenger, 29-year-old Michael Berckes of Cedar Rapids, were arrested.
