    AUSTIN - A man who died while swimming in Lake Travis Saturday has been identified as Juan Maldonado, 46, of Cedar Park. The Travis County Sheriff's Office says Maldonado was swimming when he became distressed around 8 p.m. Witnesses say Maldonado went under but they were able to pull him back onto their boat.

Brandon Anthony Hovey, 35, is accused of approaching a family and forcing them out of their SUV in the parking lot of the H-E-B on East Whitestone Boulevard around 10 p.m. on July 7. The victim left his SUV running when he went inside the store to grab a few things.
