Barmuda Companies founder and CEO Darin Beck, and Eagle View Hospitality's CEO Mark Kittrell made the announcement Wednesday, which is part of a series of announcements Eagle View Hospitality plans to make as it makes changes to the Black Hawk Hotel brand under their new ownership.

    The Cedar Falls Police Department is looking for 43-year-old Shane Allen Kellum, who was reported as missing by his family on the morning of July 23. According to police, Kellum was last seen at the Casey's in New Hartford at approximately 7:10 p.m. on July 22. He was expected to be at this Cedar Falls home at 8:00 p.m. that evening but did not arrive. Officers were able to locate his vehicle on Westbrook Street in rural Butler County on the morning of July 23. A search of the area was put on by law enforcement and the Iowa State Patrol searched by air, however, Kellum was not located.
