    A 73-year-old semitrailer driver died Wednesday when his truck rolled on State Route 56 in southern Utah, authorities said. The Utah Highway Patrol said Beryl resident Morris W. Carter was driving west on State Route 56 near mile marker 20 - about 40 miles west of Cedar City - when the crash occurred at about 2:45 p.m. He was not wearing a seatbelt.
