    The owner of Sharkey's Bar & Grill has proposed building a sports center with two indoor volleyball courts and five full-size basketball courts next to the restaurant off Route 57. James Nichols, a former professional volleyball player, has filed plans with the town of Clay to build a two-story, 110,000-square-foot facility on an 11-acre site at 7286 Oswego Road , north of Sharkey's. A portion of the facility's parking lot would be in the town of Salina.
